Bangalore : The founder of Jai Karnataka Kannada Association Muttappa Rai is all set to make his entry into Silver screen through the Tulu film titled 'Kanchilda Baale’, which will be produced and directed by Raghunath Rai.

Yes the news has been confirmed but wait for a while, he is playing the guest role in Kanchilda Baale where he will appear in couple of scenes in which he will be giving speech on Tulunad in a function. We can recollect that he has appeared in Prem's 'Preeti Eke Bhoomi Melide' giving his opinion about love.

Though it is small role in Tulu film Kanchilda Bale but it is very powerful role says the director. According to the sources this is going to be film which will have lot of devotional elements in it.

I wanted to make my debut through Tulu film as it is my mother tongue and I liked this subject, says Muttappa Rai. And also doesn't forget to mention that he wants to bring a movie based on his life in the future before signing off.
